Known for sharp political satire, one of my works gained viral attention across social media during the second UPA government in India, reflecting the growing power of digital platforms in amplifying political art.

Created a political cartoon highlighting the groupism within the Communist Party of India (Marxist), particularly the internal party action taken against veteran leader V.S. Achuthanandan. The cartoon reflected the factionalism in Kerala politics and was widely appreciated for its sharp satire.

During the inauguration of the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Australia, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized his deep respect for Gandhi’s philosophy. In his address, he remarked that he considers himself a follower of Gandhian ideology, underlining Gandhi’s enduring relevance as a global icon of peace, non-violence, and truth. Modi highlighted how Gandhi’s principles continue to inspire not only India but also the wider world, and stressed the importance of applying those values in today’s complex social and political landscape.

This cartoon captures the internal turmoil in the Kerala Congress (M), illustrating the split between veteran leader K.M. Mani and P.C. George, who found themselves pulling the party in divergent directions.
